November brings Technology to MVMS!
One goal of MVMS PTA is to “Bring Technology to the Top”

Mountain View PTA is going to award one lucky teacher with a Document Camera: Aver media 300 AF+ - $475

All teachers who join the PTA (and do not already have a camera) by Wednesday November 25th will be entered into a drawing for this Document Camera.

Winner will be announced with the morning announcements on Monday Nov 30th

“ GOTO ” COATS at MVMS
“Get One / Take One”

Have you pulled out your child's winter coat yet? Too small? Why pay retail for something they wear for only a year (or lose immediately)? MVMS PTA will be collecting your coats on Friday Dec 4 th and Friday Dec 11 th in the AM before school and the PM after school on these two days. Drop off your kids and drop off your coat! Pick up your kids and drop off a coat!

The first coat exchange will be on Monday December 14 th from 6 PM to 8 PM during our “family night”. You do not need to leave a coat to participate.

Need one? Take one!
COAT DROP OFFS:
Volunteers needed at 6 th grade entrance and the

7 th / 8 th grade entrance.
AM shift is 7:35 AM to 8:05 AM
PM shift is 2:40 PM to 3:20 PM

CANDY GRAMS ~ CANDY GRAMS~ CANDY GRAMS

December 2 nd through December 15 th

What are candy grams? Candy grams are a way for kids to send a special note to their friends and teachers. Each candy grams costs .50. Kids write a special note and then HOLIDAY CANDY will be attached.

Candy Grams will be available for purchase at both buildings before school and during lunches starting December 2 nd .

Save up your quarters now! Candy Grams will be handed out in the connections classes on Wednesday December 16 th .
